Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

US Shipping Orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days from the date of purchase.

International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 15–30 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking info to update after receipt.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at frank.raredropden@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
